A "Will" or "Last Will and Testament " is a legal document that allows an individual to declare in writing how is property will be disposed at the time of his or her death. This document must show the testementary intent of the maker and should be signed by the maker, witnesses, and if possible a notary.
If made correctly, and if executed properly, the document will allow the individual to pass property and belongings as he desires. In many cases, it will also detail burial wishes, and who should be in charge of distributing the assets.
